The flotation techniques of spodumene include positive and negative flotation, both of which are widely used in processing fine-disseminated spodumene. We often use positive flotation to processs podumene. The first step of the technique is to grind ores into small particles. Then, in the alkaline ore pulp made by sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate, the spodumene will be recovered ahead of other minerals by stirring the dense pulp intensively. Next, washing the minerals repeatedly to clean the muds off it. Finally, adding collectors, including fatty acid( oleic acid) or other fatty acid soap into the pulp to recover spodumene. After these three concentration processes, we can get fine spodumenes of over 5%Li02 grade with a recovery rate of 70% to 75%.
The common spodumene crushing and grindng process is below. The raw spodumene is feeded to jaw crusher and crushed in jaw crusher down to 5 mm particle size, then crushed spodumene is feeded into the ball mill for grinding. The final product of crushing and grinding process will be processed and extracted by other equipment. BINQ can supply jaw crusher as spodumene primary crusher and cone crusher as secondary crusher if necessary. Additional, BINQ can provide ball mill for grinding spodumene. BINQ coarse powder mill and MTM trapezium mill is a good substitute of ball mill.
Gold Tailings Processing Equipment

The objective of this business model is not to explore for gold, but to process the gold already present in “gold tailings” that were processed years ago. Processing of the tailings will require minimal equipment, and will produce gold sand a purity in of 99.9%.
Owing to current high gold prices, even many main stream players are resorting to reprocessing gold tailings from previous production. Kirkland Lake Gold Inc., a publicly traded company (KGI;TSX) that purchased several closed mines in the Kirkland Lake area, has already started extracting gold from the gold tailings on its properties. To date, in excess of 10,000 ounces of gold have been recovered from those tailings .

In the wet process, each raw material is proportioned to meet a desired chemical composition and fed to a rotating ball mill with water. The raw materials are ground to a size where the majority of the materials are less than 75 microns. Materials exiting the mill are called “slurry” and have flowability characteristics. This slurry is pumped to blending tanks and homogenized to insure the chemical composition of the slurry is correct. Following the homogenization process, the slurry is stored in tanks until required.
